      本品選用海拔3100米,世界四大無公害超凈區之一,富含人體所需的鈣、鎂、鉀、鋅、硒等多種微量元素及冬氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、亮氨酸、賴氨酸等氨基酸茶卡鹽湖的原生鹽為原料,經純物理加工而成,無任何化學添加。不含碘,特別適宜腌制、泡菜等,所含微量元素和氨基酸能有效促進乳酸菌的發酵和生成,味道鮮咸、醇厚。
